Refund Policies


Group-Buy (GB) and Pre-Orders: We will not accept refunds after 24 hours of payment. If you refund, you will not be refunded the fees. To be clear, we will only accept a refund within 24 hours of payment, and you will not be refunded the transaction fee. NO EXCEPTIONS, so please be mindful when ordering. 

In-stock: Allowed ONLY if customer submitted request before receiving tracking info. Not allowed if package is already on its way. You will not be refunded for the transaction fee. 

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges for any items sold except for the following reasons:

- You refund within 24 hours of payment and accept the loss of transaction fees

- You are allowed an exchange of product if your item is defective. If there is no perfect item to replace this with, you are entitled to a partial refund. 

Transaction Fees

All refunds are subjected to a transaction fee; 6% for domestic orders and 10% for international. Please allow the standard 5-7 business days for the refund to return to your account.
