Timeline:
Unlike in-stock products, GB products are not available for immediate shipping. The production and delivery process typically takes at least 6-9 months, depending on the product. Each GB will provide an estimated time of arrival from the manufacturers, but please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee
Shipping Address Updates:
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our support team with your order number and the new address. You will receive confirmation once the update is complete. Please note that once the order has shipped, we are not responsible for any loss or delays due to incorrect or outdated shipping addresses.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, and Transfers:
Due to the made-to-order nature of GB products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please include a picture of the item in its original packaging to assist with the claim process.
Packages that are refused and returned to us will not be automatically reshipped, canceled, or refunded unless requested by the customer.
Our customer service, offers, and compensation are only extended to customers who purchased the product directly from our website or discord. We do not honor or accept transfers of GB pre-orders or ship to different recipients on your behalf. If you intend to resell, please wait until you have received the order.
DN QC Standards
All anodized aluminum keyboard cases will exhibit small anodization hook or rack marks on internal, non-visible surfaces, which are a normal and unavoidable result of the anodization process used across the industry. These internal marks are fully covered by the PCB, plate, O-rings, switches, keycaps, and fasteners once assembled, and they have no impact on functionality, structural integrity, durability, or the external aesthetics of the keyboard. Because these characteristics are inherent to anodized aluminum manufacturing and present on every unit to some degree, they do not qualify for replacement, refund, or compensation. We are always happy to address reasonable questions, however, hostile language, personal attacks, or threats toward our team will not be tolerated.
A Stock Internal Quality:
- Minor internal cosmetic imperfections that are not visible once the keyboard is fully assembled are considered A Stock.
- Internal issues will only qualify for replacement if they prevent proper assembly or normal operation of the keyboard.
- Minor tooling marks, surface inconsistencies, or non-functional cosmetic variations are considered acceptable.
External Flaws: All external cosmetic items are evaluated holistically, not in isolation. Placement, visibility during normal use, lighting conditions, and overall appearance are taken into account.
Scratches, Dings, Anodizing Stains
- Very small scratches, hairline marks, or surface variations may still qualify as A Stock.
- More noticeable scratches or dings may qualify for a partial refund at DN’s discretion, depending on severity and visibility.
- Cosmetic marks that do not materially affect the overall appearance or usability of the board may be deemed acceptable.
- External scratches longer than 5mm qualify for a replacement or partial refund.
- Dings longer than 1mm qualify for a replacement or partial refund.
- Anodizing stains larger than 7mm may qualify for a partial refund.
- Slight color variation, streaking, banding, or mottling may occur due to the nature of aluminum anodization.
- Fluorescent and high-saturation anodized colors are especially prone to visual variation, which is considered a normal characteristic of the finish.
- Anodizing variations that fall within reasonable expectations for this process do not qualify for replacement or refund.
- Each keyboard will undergo a thorough inspection to identify any flaws according to the criteria outlined above.
- Flaws will be documented and assessed to determine if they qualify for replacement.
- Support tickets must be submitted into discord within 48 hours of receipt. Boards that have been tampered with or built do not qualify for replacement or partial refunds.
- Customers will be informed if their keyboard qualifies for a replacement due to the identified flaws.
- Options for replacement or possible compensation will be provided.
- Approved replacements will be processed promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Orders out of the US will be liable to shipping costs for the return of their unit if they are to proceed with a replacement.
- Replacement units will undergo the same rigorous quality check to ensure they meet A Stock standards.

Notes
- The quality standards are designed to ensure that DN keyboards maintain the highest level of quality and performance.
- These standards are subject to change based on continuous improvement processes and customer feedback.
- Please be advised that fluorescent color anodization on aluminum is inherently more prone to splotches or streaking due to the nature of the anodizing process and the properties of fluorescent dyes. These visual variations are a normal characteristic of this finish and do not affect the performance or durability of the product. All our anodized products undergo rigorous quality control inspections to ensure they meet our high standards. The presence of splotches or streaking within acceptable parameters is considered a natural occurrence and falls within our quality control standards. As such, products displaying these characteristics are not eligible for replacements or returns based solely on these visual attributes.
- These internal imperfections do not impact functionality, performance, reliability, or long-term durability.
- DN keyboards are produced in small batches, with a focus on design, craftsmanship, and functionality rather than mass production.
- Quality standards may evolve over time based on feedback, manufacturing constraints, and continuous improvement.
- Cosmetic perfection cannot be guaranteed, and minor imperfections are a normal part of boutique manufacturing.

Render and Color Disclaimer
All images, renders, and visual materials shown by DN are provided for marketing, presentation, and general visualization purposes only. Renders are not intended to represent final production color, surface finish, texture, or exact appearance.
Color matching is not performed using renders. Any attempt to evaluate or compare color accuracy based on digital renders is not valid. Final color decisions are made using physical Pantone references and material samples directly at the anodizing factory. Digital images cannot accurately represent real world materials due to limitations in lighting, display calibration, viewing environment, and rendering techniques.
Renders may intentionally use adjusted lighting, shading, reflections, and textures for aesthetic or illustrative purposes. These elements can be freely manipulated in a digital environment and do not reflect real world conditions or outcomes. There is no guarantee or expectation that a final manufactured product will visually match any render shown.
Because of these limitations, renders should never be used as a reference for precise color matching, finish expectations, or material comparison. By proceeding with a purchase or participation, you acknowledge and accept that renders are illustrative only and that minor to moderate visual differences may exist in the final product.
This disclaimer applies to all renders, group buy images, previews, and promotional visuals shared by DN across any platform.
